[01.01] Maturity: |
Updated: Nov, 11 2006 |
| As a member of $T you are required to show a level of maturity while wearing the $T tag. You must conduct yourself as an example to all other players on our server. Remember you are not just representing yourself you are representing the entire clan. Try to show a level of leadership to all players, and set an example of how you expect them to play. |
[01.02] Attitude: |
Updated: Nov, 11 2006 |
| Everyone has a bad day, everyone has days where they play terrible, and everyone has real life issues that affect their attitude. Whatever the reason, do not bring that attitude and take it out on others. There will always be fun smack talking with other clans and that is acceptable. Just try to keep it clean and professional. If someone starts or picks a fight with you - then you finish it ... but keep it clean and within these rules. If there are reasons you cannot control your attitude, just be quiet or don't play. |
[01.03] Complaining: |
Updated: Nov, 11 2006 |
| Try to keep complaining and whining on the server to a minimum. We all have times where we cannot seem to shoot anything, but try to keep the complaining to you. Excessive complaining about hacking, hit box issues, camping, etc., will distract other members, and may lead to pub players not returning. Unless you have a legitimate gripe, swear and bitch all you want to yourself, but try to keep the negativity towards others to a minimum, and remember we are all trying to play a game and relax. |
[01.04] Language: |
Updated: Nov, 14 2006 |
| Foul language and vulgarity are discouraged in open chat. Open chat is defined as "chat that allows non members to see or hear what you are saying." By that definition, it includes both "say" and "team say" commands. Please do not give {$T} a bad name by running around and cussing at everyone - keep it as clean as possible. However, “An occasional bullshit, damn, ass, or other words commonly heard everyday on the public airways should not be considered an offense that requires the necessity for scolding, kicks, and bans.” We are more concerned about those players who find the need to spew excessive vulgarities or racial epithets constantly. |
[01.05] Racism: |
Updated: Nov, 14 2006 |
| Racist remarks of ANY type of not tolerated and will result in immediate and permanent bans. This includes racial jokes, ethnic slurs, and overt racial epitaphs. It's simple - DON'T DO IT! |

[01.08] Cheating/Hacking: |
Updated: Nov, 14 2006 |
| Any exploit, program, script, macro, or setting that destroys the original intent of the game is illegal and not allowed. If you have a question about this PLEASE ask as you will not be given a second chance. Any {$T} member found to be cheating will be immediately dismissed from the clan and banned from the server. The use of map exploits is also grounds for dismissal, you may not get a warning so please don't do it. |

Option one will be to bring the matter before the council and let the Council members determine if the individual needs to be punished and what punishment is appropriate. Option two will be for the Council Chair and Vice-Chair to act immediately on behalf of the council. In order for the Chairmen to take this step their must be a clear and pressing circumstance to institute the punishment as soon as possible. If a member is punished by the Chairmen, then their actions must be presented to the Council as soon as it is reasonably possible to do so.

Once a petition has been received the Council will determine when the appeal will be heard.
If the offender does not show for his or her scheduled appeal than he or she looses the right to have his or her case heard. All members must be given a notice, within a reasonable time frame, as to when the appeal will occur, and the member must be given a reasonable time frame to make the appeal. It will take a 2/3 vote (of members present) to overturn any previous punishment determined by the council.
